TMU Architectural Science Summer Camps 2026 (ENDING)

Hosted by Toronto Metropolitan University's Department of Architectural Science, this is a week-long day camp for kids ages 9–13, running across multiple weeks (Weeks 1, 2, 3, and 5). Campers are taught by top Architectural Science students and take part in creative team and individual projects, each week ending with a unique take-home creation.

Days mix hands-on architecture activities with active camp games, balancing creativity with physical play. Themed weeks include "Home Sweet Home" (building book nooks, cereal-box structures, and inflatable houses) and "Make or Break" (building chairs, an interactive wall, and a cardboard bridge), plus a Digital Creativity option focused on 2D graphics software.

The curriculum is led by Prof. Vince Hui, a past recipient of the Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations Teacher Award.
