Commissioned by Gambit, a specialist pipe distribution company, and designed by KWK Promes, the new office-warehouse building turns an unglamorous industrial brief into an architectural statement. The catch: it had to be done on the tightest of budgets. Rather than fight that limitation, the architects built the entire concept around it.
